Shipping Policy

  • Express Delivery (within 2 hours): We prioritize speed! Most orders are delivered within 60 minutes, depending on your location and traffic conditions.
  • Scheduled Delivery: Prefer a specific time slot? Select your desired delivery window at checkout.
  1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to select pin codes within Mysuru. Check your location’s eligibility by entering your delivery address during checkout.

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders above ₹1,000/-
  • Delivery Fee: A nominal charge of upto ₹60/- applies to orders below ₹1,000/- depending on the distance.
  1. Order Tracking

Stay updated with real-time tracking! Once your order is placed, you can track its status via the app or website under the “My Orders” section.

  1. Optional Contactless Delivery

For your safety, we offer optional contactless delivery. Your order will be dropped off at your doorstep, and you’ll receive a confirmation notification.

  1. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery executive is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or lack of response, the order will be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply. The remaining amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund

We strive to provide the best service, but if something goes wrong, you may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • You received damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Items were missing from your order.
  1. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  • Contact our Customer Support team via the app or use the Help Center in the app/website.
  • Provide your order ID and details of the issue.
  • Attach clear photos of damaged/defective products for quicker resolution.
  1. Refund Process
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund Mode: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or issued as wallet credits for future purchases.
  1. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are ineligible for refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, bakery items).
  • Opened or used packaged products.
  • Items beyond the 48-hour complaint window from the time of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it via the app or website. Post this timeframe, cancellations may not be accepted.
  • Order Rejections at Delivery: If you reject an order without valid reasons, a cancellation fee may apply.
  1. Seller/Platform-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases, we may cancel your order due to:

  • Unavailability of products.
  • Delivery restrictions in your area.
  • Payment-related issues.

For such cancellations, you’ll be notified immediately, and any prepaid amount will be refunded promptly.

Exchanges & Replacements

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can opt for a replacement:

  • Replacement Requests: Must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Exchange Process: Contact Customer Support to arrange a free pickup and delivery of the replacement product.
